Managing Director

Gaining over 15 years’ experience at a national structural & civil engineering firm as an Associate Director, TJ founded OSE Consulting in 2008. He has grown the consultancy across sectors from hospitality to healthcare and is personally involved in client delivery. More recently, he has led fibrous plaster restoration projects on Grade I and II listed theatres.

Technical Director

With over 37 years of experience at national consultants, Neil has delivered projects such as the Blackpool Tower refurbishment, Ramsey Pier restoration, and a six-storey bioscience facility in Nottingham. He is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer.

Senior Structural Engineer

A First-Class Master’s graduate from Cork Institute of Technology and winner of the IStructE Ireland Award, Andrew has worked on complex concrete-framed residential schemes including four and five storey apartment developments.

Israr holds a first-class degree from UET Taxila and a master’s from Nottingham University. He is completing a PhD in Bridge Engineering and has designed car parks and hospitals in Saudi Arabia, with expertise in concrete and steel frame systems.

Structural Engineer

Daniel is a Structural Engineer with over five years’ experience delivering commercial, heritage, and public sector projects. Currently completing his BEng and working toward IEng accreditation, he has a particular interest in timber design, bolt preload testing, and the production of coordinated Revit models.
Mackenzie Drain

Apprentice Structural Technician

Mackenzie is currently completing her BEng in Civil Engineering. Since joining the team in 2023, she has contributed to a range of projects, supporting model production in Revit and assisting in developing practical design solutions.
